Description   
The editing, design and publication of Portfolio Budget Statements, Portfolio Additional Estimates Statements and Portfolio Supplementary Additional Estimates Statements (the publications) for the Department and its portfolio agencies to the 30 June 2010 with the Department having the option to extend the arrangement for a further one year.

The publications must be produced in accordance with the Department of Finance and Administration specified templates that can change from time to time, the Department’s Style Guide and to strict deadlines. Due to the nature of the publications, accuracy of the content is essential.

Description    
The Family Court is seeking to a suitably experienced provider for the supply and delivery of Photocopier and Multifunction Devices to the Court, for all Court locations across Australia.  A list of Court locations where delivery of Photocopier and Multifunction Devices will be required is attached as Attachment A to Part One of the RFT

Conditions for Participation: Tenders must address the conditions of tender specified in Part 2 Conditions of Tender of the RFT documentation.

Timeframe for Delivery:  The Deed of Standing Offer shall be for an initial term of three (3) years, with options to extend the arrangement for two (2) additional periods of 12 months each.
