PROVISION OF CERTIFICATE OF TITLE SUBSTRATE
Request for Tender No. 305796
This Request for Tender (RFT) is to select a suitably qualified tenderer to design, print and supply Land Victoria, Department of Sustainability and Environment, Victoria, with a Certificate of Title substrate that has an appropriate set of security features that minimises the ability for the Certificates of Title to be counterfeited or fraudulently altered.
The tenderer will be required to offer the same services under the same terms, conditions and pricing to each of the other Australian States and Territories should they elect to take up these services.
Closing date for tenders is 2.00 pm, Thursday, 18 September 2008
