Awards #1 – Printers in the Vic Hall of fame
The Minister for Manufacturing & Export, Tim Holding, presented the companies with Hall of Fame Certificates of Manufacturing Excellence.
“The Victorian printing industry has again demonstrated its capability for excellence across a wide range of disciplines,” he said Holding. “I am confident that the companies honoured here will provide the industry with the momentum to develop an innovative and export-focused culture that will sustain its future.
“Certificates of Excellence are a great way of ensuring our star performers get the recognition they deserve.”
The seven Victorian companies awarded Hall of Fame certificates today are:
The Victorian printing industry employs over 28,000 skilled staff and managers and generates $5 billion in annual turnover.
The Manufacturing Hall of Fame is part of the Government’s Agenda for New Manufacturing aimed at making Victoria the key centre of manufacturing excellence in the Asia Pacific.
Certificates of Manufacturing Excellence are presented to manufacturers who have been recognised by their peers as being the best in the business
