Big new printer release from Brother

With print speeds of up to 20 ppm in both colour and monochrome, the HL-4050CDN sets a new standard for performance, print quality and consumer value, according to Gabriel Hamid, general manager for customer service and marketing.

"Last month, Brother launched the new HL-4000 Series Colour Laser Printers for the home office, small office and corporate office markets," he said.

"For years, this market has been looking for a viable, everyday colour printer. Historically, small businesses have chosen to buy colour ink-jet printers for occasional colour printing. However, their colour printing needs have changed drastically and they need to print high volumes of colour documents quickly and affordably on a daily basis."

Complete with enhanced features that include built in duplex print capability for two-sided printing, expandable paper input capacity with optional 500-sheet paper tray, BR-Script3 emulation and parallel interface, the HL-4050CDN uses an easy access front loading system for all consumables.

Released this month, Brother believes that the HL-4050CDN will be popular amongst consumers. "The Brother HL-4050CDN addresses both the performance and value these users have been searching for," said Hamid.
