Big print spenders to manage global assets
Multinational print customers get connected as Konica Minolta’s new online portal gives major clients control over their worldwide infrastructure.
According to Iain Barnfield, national manager of Konica Minolta OPS, the portal enables local sales teams to apply financial benefits obtained from a global agreement. “We can track and report on providing consistent levels of service in metro, regional and remote locations right across the country in accordance with a global contract.
“The OPS Portal allows Konica Minolta Australia to offer multinational customers the real benefits of a truly global print infrastructure contract, whilst meeting the unique needs associated with the local Australian offices.
Using the OPS Global Customer Portal, Australia’s administrators can now access all the latest print fleet related information for cost transparency and reduction, and standardized processes on a global scale.
Print hardware and software installations will still by handled locally, yet the portal now enables enterprises to monitor respective billing transactions from anywhere in the world.
Konica Minolta’s new offering to its global clients has also been established in the US, Canada, UK, Germany France and Japan.
