Blue Star scores $30 million Foxtel contract
Television network Foxtel outsources its print communications to Blue Star.
The three-year agreement, worth $30 million, commences as of 1 January 2008 and sees Blue Star manage the full end-to-end print management solution, including desktop publishing, print, direct mail and logistics. The contract will be managed by an onsite Blue Star team through Blue Star's specialist print management division, Blue Star IQ.
Danny Silvestri, procurement manager of Foxtel Management said that the company chose Blue Star for its commitment to quality. "Blue Star is an organisation that prides itself on delivering quality outcomes and surpassing client expectations," he said, "their expertise in print management will enable us to integrate all facets of our business requirements."
With relevant experience and knowledge, chief executive office Geoff Selig believes that Blue Star will be more than capable of delivering these results. "We are delighted that Foxtel have entrusted this critical category to Blue Star," Selig said. "We look forward to working closely with the team at Foxtel to deliver real value by leveraging off the expertise we have developed in this space over the last seven years."
