Blue Star scores CPA Australia print contract
Long-term relationship between Blue Star Print Group and CPA Australia sees the accounting body choose Blue Star to handle all its print communication.
From 1 July, Blue Star will manage the full end-to-end print management solution incorporating print, direct mail and logistics, including the production and nationwide distribution of marketing, training and exam requirements as well as CPA Australia’s publication, InTheBlack. The multi-year contract will be managed by an onsite Blue Star team through Blue Star’s specialist print management division Blue Star IQ.
According to Renae Gasmier, procurement and services manager of CPA Australia, the decision to appoint Blue Star Print Group to manage its communication requirement came after an exhaustive market review.
“Blue Star has been a proactive partner to CPA Australia over the years. Blue Star’s integrated offer not only meets our requirements today but will provide a platform for the future as our organisation grows and evolves to meet the requirements of our members,” she said.
“Its ability to demonstrate expertise and a strong track record across the full range of services we require was key to our decision to appoint Blue Star as our print manager.”
Matt Aitken, executive general manager at Blue Star IQ, welcomed the contract, which he believes bodes well with the company’s strengths and capabilities. “We are delighted to expand on the excellent relationship we have had with CPA Australia for a number of years to now encompass a full end-to-end solution. There is an excellent fit between the requirements of CPA Australia’s business and the diverse core capabilities of Blue Star,” he said.
