Businesses called to participate in Printing Industry Trends Survey

The survey is the most comprehensive of its type undertaken in the private sector, with 15 segments of the Australian printing industry evaluated and their economic performance monitored every quarter. In addition to this sector-based analysis, the Printing Industry Trends Report also takes a close look at national, state and enterprise based results.

Additional enquiries into contemporary and emerging industry issues often accompany the core questions of the survey, with the June 2005 quarter survey highlighting the topic of customer loyalty as a particular focus. Printing Industries emphasises the study as not only a means through which members can monitor and observe economic trends in their respective sectors, but also a way of encouraging communication on important issues.

“Regular industry feedback is an important component of Printing Industries' role as the peak industry body,” says Hagop Tchamkertenian, manager for industry and commercial policy. “The Printing Industry Trends survey allows us to tap into the vast knowledge base that exists in our industry, and to deal with emerging contemporary industry issues and concerns.”

The deadline for completion of the questionnaire is Friday 22nd July, and is available over the internet at www.printnet.com.au.
