Cactus manager points Opus Print Group in right direction
Ten-year Cactus Imaging employee, Nigel Spicer, appointed new general manager for the company.
Spicer (pictured) previously headed up the sales and marketing division of Cactus Imaging in Australia, South East Asia and New Zealand.
"I'm very excited about this and really enthusiastic about working with Opus Print Group," he said. "They [Opus] have really taken on the Cactus vision of investing with new technology."
As general manager, Spicer is currently working on developing some new products to be released in 2009. "These will keep us at the leading edge," he said.
In addition to Spicer's promotion, Keith Ferrel has been placed in charge of strategic accounts.

Ferrel founded Cactus Imaging with Warwick Spicer and is widely recognised as an industry authority on out-of-home printing. In this role, Ferrel will work at a strategic level with key accounts.
Cliff Brigstocke, CEO of Opus Print Group described both appointments as the next step in the company's strategic development.
"It is a win for the key Cactus customers who will now have the dedicated support and strategic development from Keith Ferrel," he said.
"Importantly, it is also a win for the team at Cactus who are celebrating Nigel's appointment and the extension of the family association with this very proud business."
