Caloundra City Printing gets the chop at PacPrint
One of the main motivations of Bob Ryan's visit to PacPrint, as owner of Caloundra City Printing, was to locate a new paper-cutting machine. Initially drawn to the products offered by the big-name suppliers, Ryan was won over by the innovative technology and attractive price point of the Katsuda. “The machine appears to be fantastic value for what you get,” Ryan said at PacPrint. “It does everything promised by the machines from the big boys, only at a much lesser price.”

Ryan had some concerns over whether his machine would receive the necessary servicing, but claims these were alleviated by the team at Applied Pressroom Technologies. “I was initially a little worried about being the first in Australia to make a purchase, but I'm satisfied with the guarantees of service and parts.”
Applied Pressroom Technologies managing director Paul Jackson claims the interest shown so far in the Katsuda Guillotine stems directly from the reputation of the Japanese manufacturer. “The machine is fantastic, in the sense that it brings together Japanese technology and a highly competitive pricing level,” he says.
