My ability to bring passion, extreme motivation and balance to any project I accept has been my trademark for many years. My role in the UK required me to build a sales team that would successfully compete and win business from major players in the fiercely competitive world of office machines and supplies. My principal task was to convince our end users that our service levels and pricing policies ultimately offered a more cost effective solution. To this end, it was necessary to provide the very highest level of service and customer assurance in order to maintain their loyalty whilst completing objectives that required great care and management.

Summary
My responsibility was to establish and expand a dealer and direct sales network for Ascom of Switzerland and HSM of Germany throughout Australia; It was my remit to manage sales staff on a National basis and over 200 new resellers were successfully established. I was responsible for the tender process and eventual win of both state and federal government contracts as well as maintaining a direct B2B sales territory and managing major accounts examples of those being Westpac and Telstra.
