Having over 30 years in manufacturing industries with the last 25 years being in positions of responsibility within Australia’s leading Printing related organisations, this Professional Manager has developed a set of work and life skills added to a wealth of experience that will bring a highly focused, driven and positive professional who demonstrates the ability to lead and build teams whilst fully accepting accountability and responsibility for the delivery for the management, operational success and profit of the operation to his next Employer.

His approach is to lead by example and challenging convention he takes a “hands on” approach. Making direct contact with staff and colleagues of all levels and positions to establish interaction and gain insights.

You will be engaging a Senior Manager who thrives on, and accepts the need to be directly responsible and accountable for customers, suppliers, staff, union relations, safety and to the stakeholders to deliver a workplace that functions to the highest level.

He is a Manager that understands that success requires commitment to all aspects of the business. Leading from the front whilst building a team of employees that can adjust, control and cope with all circumstances presented.

Currently located in Melbourne, but willing to relocate. Available immediately for permanent or fixed contract roles.
