Position: Sales Manager
As the sole Sales Manager in this growing company, my responsibilities were to liaise and maintain relationships with existing clients whilst building on all new business opportunities. I followed up on all leads and successfully expanded the client database as well as bring in extra revenue to the company’s finances. I liaised and reported to the General Manager on a daily basis and implemented procedures to improve the company’s infrastructure.

Position: Senior National Print Estimator
As a Senior National Print Estimator my role was to manage a national team and delegate daily workflow. Maintain accurate and efficient procedures to ensure all standards are met and maintained. My position provided me with crucial responsibilities to lead a team and ensure each team member follows and exceeds expected guidelines. My communication skills have increased a great deal due to the role requiring constant liaising with all departments ranging production through to upper management. As a Senior Estimator my job is prepare and construct prices to the clients’ needs and wants as well as provide cost efficient alternatives. My position also prepares me in the sales field as I have to sell ideas to the sales team as well as meeting all the clients needs.

Working as a Catering Manager, I obtained knowledge in food presentation and preparation to satisfy the customers’ needs. This position requires me to constantly be alert for any potential and unnecessary errors throughout the entire functions.

I took control of all inward goods and as well as the distribution of goods.
