In a joint statement with manufacturer OKI Data Infotech, Canon said the warranties on the M-64s and H3-104s range of ColorPainters purchased from Canon after 1 April 2016 would be extended to three years.
“This is a powerful statement by the manufacturer and the icing on the cake for purchasers," said Tom McKerrow, product manager – display graphics, Canon Professional Print. "Owners can have confidence in the performance and reliability of their printers backed up by the fast and comprehensive support from Canon. This is critical for businesses when making investment decisions.”
Canon’s nationwide service network includes technical support, service, spare parts warehousing and consumables supply from Canon’s own facilities.
“ColorPainter printers are widely regarded as the best in class in the roll-fed eco-solvent category and have proven enormously popular since we introduced them to the Australian market last year,” said McKerrow.
