Centurion 260 – good for 90 years

DES proudly presents a 90 year archival digital photo paper specifically designed for high quality professional photographic output. The super white 260gsm paper comes in Gloss or Silky finishes, which are compatible with BOTH Dye and Pigment inks, and have instant dry microporeous inkjet paper features.

The paper is complete with a 90 year+ life expectancy when images are printed with pigment inks.

The super white paper has the characteristics of a traditional silver halide photo paper, and measuring up to its competitors, Centurion 260 came out on top. Tests showed:
  • 90 year+ archival rating
  • Higher level of ink absorption to maximise colour saturation
  • Wider colour gamut
  • Smoother surface
  • Higher whiteness
  • More resistant to stain generation (yellowing) and paper curl
  • More resistant to light fading, gas fading and bleeding


    • Technically speaking, the paper is unique; the base is a true photographic resin coated substrate, the same as is used for traditional silver halide photo paper. The multi layer inkjet coating is applied using the same production technology as is used to manufacture traditional professional photo papers. The result, an inkjet photo paper with the smoothness, glossiness and brightness of the highest quality traditional professional photo papers.

    Not only does Centurion boast an archival rating, but it’s also water fast. This safeguards against smudging of the image during handling and colour shift caused by excess humidity.
