CS4 Master Class lends a hand to Cancer Council

Printing Industries and Adobe have joined forces to stage a Cancer Council fundraising Creative Suite Master Class in Sydney.

The day-long Master Class will be held on Wednesday 30 September at Adobe’s Chatswood office complex Zenith Theatre.

Printing Industries national communications and technical services manager, Joe Kowalewski, said the Master Class was open to everyone using CS4 suite products and provided a great opportunity to spend a day learning tricks, tips and techniques while helping a very worthy cause.

“Cancer is really the horror disease of our civilisation with everyone either knowing someone affected by it, have lost someone close to them or have themselves experienced some form of cancer,” he said.

“While it’s not always easy to know what to do to show your support for the excellent work being done by the Cancer Council of Australia in the prevention, detection and treatment of cancer, this Adobe Master Class creates a unique opportunity for people in our industry.

“There is a $100 fully tax deductible attendance fee for each participant. All the presenters, marketing and facilities have been donated for this event and all registration fees go directly to the Cancer Council via the online registration facility.”

The Master Class runs from 8.45am (registration) with a 9am start. The program is:
9am – 10am: The Fast & The Furious with After Effects, Illustrator and Photoshop.
10am – 1pm: The Workflow Shoot out - InDesign, Photoshop, Flash & Illustrator 12 workflow techniques to get the best from your CS4.
