Dscoop plans to join the party at PrintEx
HP Indigo users group will hold its third meeting for the APJ region the day before this year’s graphic arts show opens in Sydney.
The full-day conference on May 3 will address the developments in the digital space, review materials from this month’s 6th Dscoop in Orlando, USA, and share user experiences in Australia and New Zealand. Taking advantage of the national exhibition and Print Awards, Dscoop organisers are expecting a good turn out for the newly formed group at a venue to be advised.
According to David Minnett, managing director Group Momentum and Dscoop APJ Australian representative, the event will be based on business building topics to help HP Indigo business owners expand the opportunities in APJ.
“Dscoop will continue the focus of last year’s meetings in Sydney and Melbourne. We will develop the themes that people found most successful and interesting,” he said.
Local and international speakers will present to the gathering of HP Indigo print industry leaders. Members will share ideas and success stories in what is intended to be a non-competitive environment. According to the group’s charter Dscoop is a medium for obtaining information, solutions, data and education to help grow members’ business interests.
Among the topics scheduled are; Web2Print, variable data printing and how to use personalised URLs.
