Epson launches Three Year Preferred Warranty Program for the Epson Stylus Pro GS6000

Epson have launched a Premium Warranty and Maintenance Program exclusively for the Epson Stylus Pro GS6000 Solvent Printer to help ensure customer satisfaction and performance by minimising downtime and ensuring maximum productivity.

The Epson Preferred Warranty extends the twelve-month Standard Express Warranty from one year to three years. There are a number of benefits to the Preferred Warranty Program, which include: parts and labour for three years, scheduled onsite preventative maintenance, priority job placement and telephone support, and direct assistance by a fully trained technician

According to Business Unit Manager, Craig Heckenberg, (pictured), the Epson Preferred Warranty is the next step in further supporting customers with their needs and requirements.
