Judges have named the finalists in the 2016 Australian Photobook of the Year Awards to be presented at an exhibition in Melbourne next week.
The awards – organised by photobook printer Momento Pro and online photography journal Unless You Will - celebrate excellence and innovation in photobook creation and are open to unpublished, self-published or trade published photo books by Australian citizens and residents.

+ Two Pandanus Trees Side by Side by Aaron Claringbold (Self-Published)
Momento Pro is offering cash and credit prizes valued at $10,000: Photobook of The Year: $1,000 cash + $4,000 printing credit; People’s Choice: $500 cash + $2,000 printing credit; Judge's Award: 5 x $500 printing credit.
The winner will be announced on Friday 17 Feb (6pm-9pm) at the launch of an exhibition of the finalists at the Magic Johnston arts centre in Collingwood. Visitors are also invited to vote for the People's Choice Award. The exhibition runs until 24 Feb.
