For sale: Share of Digital Printing Co-op

Taylor Woodings, as Liquidators of Chippendale Printing Co Pty Ltd (In Liquidation), seek expressions of interest for the purchase of a share in the Co-operative Sydney Digital Print Pty Limited (“the Digital Co-op”).

The Digital Co-op is a digital printing business established in 2006. Located in Auburn, Sydney, the Digital Co-op is operated independently of its members printing businesses’. Its purpose is to provide its members with access to the latest digital print technology, while diversifying the cost and risk of owning and upgrading the technology among its members.

The key production assets of the Digital Co-op include:

2 x Canon 7000 (A3 + colour)
2 x Canon imagepress 1125 (A3 + black & white)
1 x Canon image runner 7105 (A3 + black & white)
Polar guillotine
Duplo CST
Wiro and coil binding equipment
2 x Celloglaser
Folding machine
Drill
Cutter / Slitter / Perforator
