Industry initiative Future Print is launching a second live-stream business sales training course after heavy demand for the inaugural program that started last year.
The course, BSB40610 Certificate IV in Business Sales, is a nationally recognised qualification and subsidised training places are available for eligible participants.
“The inaugural course is enjoying rave reviews,” said Julie Tymms of the Australian Academy of Sales, which has teamed up with the Future Print Business Transformation Program to deliver the course to printing industry employees.
“This is an exciting opportunity to empower sales professionals, managers, business owners and other front line staff to improve performance and increase sales revenues,” said Tymms. “Participants come from a diverse background and include not only traditional sales staff, but also a range of people who have direct contact with business clients, from production and reception staff, to managing directors, CEOs and CFOs.
“It’s the perfect course for individuals who want to lift their confidence, gain valuable new skills and improve performance, but it’s also ideal for anyone who has contact with customers because in today’s very competitive market, everyone needs to be a sales professional,” she said.
Normally the cost is $3000 plus GST, but for small to medium businesses (under 100 employees) registered with Future Print, government subsidies will reduce the cost to $990 – or $99 a month.
“This is quite simply the best opportunity most businesses in our industry will ever have to harness the power of high quality sales training to improve their business,” said Future Print business advisor Peter Barnet. “For the commitment of just three hours a month, in front of your own computer in your own office, and an investment of a mere $99 a month, it’s a no-brainer!”
The second course commences on Wednesday, 17th February 2016 and includes 10 three-hour sessions over 12 months.
Course topics include:
•The seven critical success factors in selling
•How to identify your strengths and weaknesses
•Sales psychometrics and the associated behaviours
•How to develop and implement a sales strategy to win more sales
•The twenty-one techniques to becoming a prospecting superstar
•How to communicate and engage prospects as an Advisor
•The Doctor’s approach to qualifying and selling
•The secrets to Presenting
