Registration is now open for the Women in Print (WIP) Breakfast at PacPrint13, with the meet-and-greet following close behind a series of breakfast networking events which wrapped up in late April.

The event organiser says the event will be a great opportunity for women in the local printing industry to interact with a high calibre of panel members.

WIP at PacPrint provides attendees with a forum through which to listen to how women are adapting to the transitions in the industry. The women in the Heidelberg Women in Print panel bring a vast variety of experience and rounded view of the industry from print buyer/user to print provider to supplier, including the importance of focusing on Women in Print members.

Below are the details of the panel members:

Catherine Doggett is the National Marketing Manager at K.W.Doggett Fine Paper. She is the second generation of Doggett’s to enter the business, so you could say paper’s in her blood. Catherine will share her views on marketing in a tough price driven industry, and how Doggett’s looks to create value and return out of a commodity based product.

Jacqueline Flint is the Senior Marketing Consultant at Telstra Super, responsible for managing the delivery of marketing campaigns and key corporate documents to over 100,000 members. She will provide insights from the client perspective.

Joan Grace is the General Manager, Innovation, Training and Projects for PIAA. She has recently joined the Association from New Zealand. Joan will lead our panel ensuring we hear all the stories, take on board the advice and maximise our learning from this event.

Susan Heaney (pictured) is the owner and Managing Director of Heaneys (HPIP) Gold Coast & National Chairman of PIAA. Susan will bring an owner's perspective on how, over 25 years, Heaneys has maintained relevance and customer loyalty in an ever changing industry environment.

Leigh Russell has many high profile roles including work with the AFLPA and Melbourne Vixens. She is a coach and mentor to people in a variety of industries and we will gain insights from her about how coaching/mentoring can assist in career development.
