HLB Mann Judd shows its support to PICAs
HLB Mann Judd steps up as a sponsor of the 2010 Printing Industries Craftsmanship Awards (PICAs) across Australia as a show of its support for the printing industry.
The firm will also provide a one-stop shop for Printing Industries members covering core services such as audit and assurance, business and consulting services, tax consulting and business recovery. It will also stage a series of industry business support briefings around Australia.
Printing Industries CEO, Philip Andersen, said last year HLB Mann Judd worked with the association to deliver a national workshop program helping its members survive the global economic downturn.
“It proved to be a very successful relationship delivering value to our members, many of whom are small to medium sized companies. Since many owners are often immersed in the day-to-day running of the business, they don’t always have the time to be across all the intricacies of business management, hence we are providing a support network for them across Australia,” he said.
HLB Mann Judd national Printing Industries specialist partner, Stephen Michell said his firm was looking forward to working closely with association members and building on the links established during the 2009 project and previously.
He added that HLB Mann Judd were very happy to contribute back to the industry by sponsoring the PICAs.
“We offer a very broad range of services specifically for small to medium businesses, which enables us to advise on a wide range of areas,’’ Michell said.
“We are in the final stages of arranging a national series of briefings for Printing Industries members during May to give an overview of the Federal Budget and its likely impact on the printing and related industries.”
