HP gets its print on
Showcasing its range of print application possibilities, Melbourne-based HP Imaging & Printing Experience Centre now features furniture and vehicle print displays.
Fabrics printed with HP technology demonstrating the versatility of the technology decorate a couch, beanbag and lamps. Alongside a Vespa Scooter wrap, a car bonnet, clothing and wallpapers.
Shane Lucas, director of HP Graphic Arts South Pacific says the extended range at the Centre was designed to offer PSPs a first hand opportunity to view how a wide range of applications can be used in a commercial environment.
“The idea behind the HP Imaging & Printing Experience Centre is to provide PSPs with the chance to see a number of different applications in one place so they can truly understand how large the digital opportunity is.

“As the media base for inkjet printing expands so do the applications. The HP Imaging & Printing Experience Centre is there to showcase the latest trends and to help PSPs take new ideas to their own customers,” said Lucas.
Various signage application examples also displaying the possibilities of HP digital printing technologies include backlit displays, canvas wraps, fabric banners and one-way vision signs.
According to HP, the new display demonstrates the creative options available to today’s graphic designers, interior decorators and marketing professionals and will provide PSPs with ideas on how to expand their reach into the digital print market.
The HP Imaging & Printing Experience Centre located at Ground Floor West 505 Lt. Collins Street, Melbourne also houses a range of HP Designjet large format printers including the HP Latex inks printer, the HP Designjet L25500,
