Industry eyes on Energi Print wind-up hearing tomorrow
Disgruntled creditors are petitioning to have the Melbourne-based printer wound up despite claims PrintLinx has already bought the company
With debts of over $7 million to 170 mainly trade creditors, the sale to Frank Todisco by the administrator is bitterly opposed by many. PrintLinx is the largest single creditor with a recorded debt of $1.8 million.
The sale has sparked heated debate among Melbourne’s printing fraternity. Energi Print has changed its name to Twenty Five Olive Pty Ltd.
The hearing, which is set down for hearing by Justice Gardiner on Friday 20 at the Supreme Court in Lonsdale Street, is expected to attract a strong attendance from the industry.
