IPEX ANZ Barbeque goes global
From Switzerland to Hong Kong, South Africa to Vancouver, locals who are now working overseas are welcoming the chance to catch up with their industry colleagues at the IPEX ANZ social event of the show. They are part of an enthusiastic industry response from both sides of the Tasman, to the great meat burning and ale quaffing event at the Blue Boar Inn, Temple Grafton, on Friday night, April 7.
Industry suppliers have rallied to sponsor the event, providing transport, marquees and numerous rounds of free drinks for the jovial throng already signed up to participate. The remaining tickets are going fast and there are licensing limitations on the number that can be accommodated, so please order your tickets now to avoid disappointment.
The night promises to a barrel of fun with a roistering professional jester, an Irish band and lashings of olde English hospitality and fine fare. Buses leave the IPEX Exhibition at 3.45 PM for the hour’s journey to the hamlet of Temple Grafton, not far from Stratford-Upon-Avon. The IPEX organisers have allocated a function room with refreshments near the Exhibition entrance where people can gather from 3.00pm onwards.
Return buses will leave the Blue Boar Inn (9.00 – 10.30pm) to safely return revellers to their hotels in Stratford, Birmingham and Warwick. A door prize of a Canon digital cameral will be won on the evening – no prizes for guessing which sponsor donated it. It was either Agfa, Canon, Curries, HP Indigo, CPI, EFI, Fuji GSA, Fuji Xerox, Heidelberg, Kodak or Océ.
