J.L Lennard scores Toyo Inks distributorship

New agreement sees J.L Lennard appointed as distributors of Toyo Inks in New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland.

The deal, signed with Toyo Ink Australia’s general manager, Alan Naylor, is the next step in a working relationship that has existed between the two companies for 20 years. J.L Lennard distributed Toyo Ink products prior to the Japanese company establishing its own manufacturing facilities in Melbourne, 1987.

“The appointment is a result of Toyo Ink Australia’s regular reviews of market distribution channels, which identified the benefits to our brands of working more closely with a key group of distributors who have the market penetration and expertise to deliver Toyo Ink products to Australian printers,” Naylor said.

According to Tony Colella, general manager for J.L Lennard Graphics the synergies will benefit customers around Australia’s east coast.

“Toyo Ink [has gone] from strength to strength in Australia and complements its own leadership with our strong network of service and sales facilities.”
