Job of the Week - Bindery Manager, Melbourne
The company is a 24-hour operation with the bindery on a day- afternoon rotation and has a permanent afternoon shift bindery supervisor.
As Bindery Manager you will take control of the finishing department, overseeing production workflows, ensuring quality control and trouble shooting technical problems.
You will be a trade qualified print finisher with management / supervision experience within a quality focused company. You will have an in-depth working knowledge of current stitchers, folders, guillotines and associated finishing equipment.
You will have well developed communication skills as dealing with internal departments, external suppliers, managing conflict resolution and team building are a key component of this position.
