Job of the week: Business Manager Digital Equipment

Our client is a widely-respected global supplier of technical products and services to the digital colour-printing market, which is strengthening its position within the expanding digital print segment in Australia.

They offer a broad range of products – including flatbed, wide-format digital colour-printers, consumables and inks for digital applications.

As an endorsement of their commitment to become “supplier of choice” in the digital equipment and consumables field, they seek a proven BDM who can build the business for them.

You may already be a Sales Manager or General Manager within the digital colour-print or supplies field. You may be in a BDM role within some aspect of the graphic arts in a technical, sales or marketing capacity.

Ideally, you will have had a technical or equipment sales responsibility within an industrial or engineering environment. You will also have had profit-responsibility for managing and building a small (but rapidly growing) operating division.

Although this is a Sydney-based position, the role is a national responsibility and the candidate should be prepared to undertake some interstate travel.

This is an exciting opportunity – to not only work in a technically challenging area of the print industry, but also within a friendly, supportive corporate environment.

This is a senior role reporting to the Managing Director, and according will attract a package consisting of a generous base plus negotiable car allowance, and performance bonuses.
