Job of the Week: Innovation Specialist, Sydney

In this key role you will be responsible for developing and demonstrating “software enabled” end to end document solutions for our monochrome, and highlight colour production systems.
Your key responsibilities include:
Assist in the development of vertical market and cross-market HEP and SR product solutions Provide end to end product demonstrations for internal and external customers Build and improve the HEP and SR product solutions for use in the epicenter, sales, marketing and support environments Ensure readiness of HEP and SR product solutions within the EPICENTRE environments Co-ordinate regular reviews to monitor effectiveness and completeness of the software enablers and post press solutions being presented to visiting organisations at the epicenter Assist in the packaging of industry solutions as a selling tool Ensure faultless Customer Engagement process by focus on: Ensuring a professional, presentable and exciting physical environment for customers
Solution readiness at all times Understanding and professionally communicate the best practise technical and business opportunities associated to each solution Assistancing in cross-skilling of the epicentre team such that a redundancy plan is in place to ensure availability of resources for specific solutions Prompt and willing supply of requested resources and samples, sales collaterals for new solutions developed, or any relevant request during sales and support cycle. Enhancing the visibility and awareness of industry and solution messages throughout FXA.The ideal candidate will have:
3-5 years commercial experience in digital prepress and/or production print operation Working knowledge of key publishing or transactional applications Good oral and written communication skills Ability to prepare and conduct presentationsAbility to communicate technical information to non technical parties A willingness to work in a team environment Excellent interpersonal, instructional and demonstration skills
