Job of the Week: Technical Support Manager - Colour Expert
You will be responsible for the Technical Support Team, ensuring the highest level of onsite and phone support for clients.
You will implement and maintain accurate documentation of client configurations and workflows.
The role will see you conducting periodic training sessions on solutions with the Technical Support Team and other departments as required.
You will facilitate test cases for application releases and provide assistance in the resolution of technical enquiries. The opportunity exists to identify areas of improvement within the technical services area, investigate, and provide recommendations.
We are looking for a skilled individual with solid communication skills, a background in the graphic arts industry with proven management experience.
