My client is an unsurpassed leader in the provision of Direct Mail Solutions in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment, through the dynamic and innovative approach they play in the Campaign Management process. Currently, my client is diversifying into other areas of the market to gain greater market share.



Located in the Western suburbs of Sydney, this role reports to the General Manager, Operations and has accountability for day-2-day interaction with customers, and job scheduling within the production environment.



The company requires two experienced Customer Service representatives for their business. This is your opportunity to work as part of a professional Solutions-orientated team that offers an exceptional customer experience to their customers.



The ideal candidate would possess the following:

Worked in/for a Mailhouse, or managed Mailhouses

Been in a similar role

Has an understanding of print and mail fulfilment processing



You are a person with high attention to detail, coupled with a dedication to Customer service second to none!
