Jobs of the week: Account Manager - Printing, Sydney

Salmat is Australasia's largest direct customer communications company with branches in all states of Australia. We are currently looking for a customer focussed Account Manager to join our dynamic Print On Demand team (POD). POD print and distribute promotional material, point of sale, business stationery, publications and other printed material right across Australia.
As Account Manager you will be required to draw upon your customer service skills and knowledge base or experience in print and print management services in order to manage, maintain and grow client accounts and identify new business development opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
To be considered for this role you will be a good communicator with highly developed relationship building skills. A strong working knowledge of the printing and fulfilment markets, and understanding of pre-press and IT platforms in the printing industry is highly regarded. You will enjoy working in a team environment, and meeting and/or exceeding customer expectations. You will be able to accurately assess issues in order to troubleshoot and provide alternate solutions. You will be comfortable in prioritising and multitasking to meet deadlines.
