In an exciting time where the direction for our service business is evolving to a more strategic and proactive approach, a unique and rare opportunity has arisen for a well organised, dedicated, customer focused team player for the position of Account Service Manager, based in Auckland. As a key member of our Service Team, this position is responsible for effectively managing relationships with key customers with regard to matters such as equipment installations, service agreements and general service issues, ensuring continuous improvement in line with Heidelberg’s core value, behaviours and objectives.
The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience in a similar role within the Graphic Arts or similar industry environment, with a strong focus on customer service.
Experience negotiating and developing service contracts or service agreements to meet the business requirements of customers is essential, along with exposure to situations which involve problem solving, planning, dispute resolution and solid relationship building with customers.
A natural business driver, you will have proven ability to develop, build and maintain effective working relationships, both internally and externally and at all levels, and possess a solid business understanding of commercial issues.
