Jobs of the week: Administration Assistant
Heidelberg is currently seeking applications from highly motivated and enthusiastic team players for the position of Administration Assistant.

Working as an integral member of the national Customer Support Administration team, this position will be responsible for processing data in SAP in order to invoice customers for work carried out and other administrative tasks as required, ensuring a high level of internal and external customer service, in line with Company values, behaviours and procedures in order to achieve objectives.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in an administrative or data-entry role in a similar service-related environment. Sound experience using Windows-based programs, strong attention to detail and well developed interpersonal skills will see your ongoing success in this role. You will be an effective team member with a solid understanding of office procedures/operations. A good understanding of invoicing and reconciling processes will be viewed upon favourably. Knowledge of SAP or similar software is and advantage, but not essential.
This position is of a permanent full time nature, based at our brand new Notting Hill office, in Melbourne.
