We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to join our company. In this role your time will be split between our Moorebank and Matraville offices and will see you reporting to the General Manager.

As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for:

The continual reviewal of Profit and Loss, key metrics, systems and workflows
Analysing complex information and business performance drivers to identify potential improvement areas
Undertaking reviews of potential alternative solutions and improvement plans
Providing recommendations for improvements and executing approved improvement plans to maximise the performance of the business
Reporting, monitoring and providing input in improvement projects within the NSW businesses, leading projects where required
Applying statistical analysis techniques and disciplines to address workflow improvement requirements
Coordinating and producing monthly consolidated KPI’s for NSW businesses

To be considered for this position you must have a minimum of 5 years commercial experience as a Business Analyst, relating to the management of project delivery and business analysis. Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office and MRP / ERP systems is essential.

You will also have proven ability to influence and inspire others and be able to review and recommend improvement in methods, tools and techniques aiming for continuous improved productivity and quality and cost control. You will also demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A Tertiary qualification in Business/Project Management is desirable.
