Key Responsibilities
-
Proactively seek new customers for whom QM can provide core service principally on a cyclical basis at the best price levels possible.
-
Identify competitors’ accounts, which are ideally suited to QM’s culture and philosophy. Negotiate the best possible price while at the same time having the latitude, with management support, to reach agreement on mutually acceptable deals with large, attractive applications.

Keep abreast of technology and market trends.

Proactively engage in strategic relationship building and identify customer strategies in terms of QM’s core business activities
-
Promote a 1 to 1 training opportunity wherever possible during the pre and post sales call.

Build strong relationships with the broader QM team assigned to your strategic accounts, ensuring all parties are kept across communications.
Qualifications, Skills and Competencies
-
Strong industry experience, gained from a minimum of 3 years in a sales related position in new business.

Clear communicator with emphasis on consultative approach.

Strong team building skills.

Highly developed interpersonal skills.

Competent negotiator.

Capable of identifying solutions to a variety of problems.

Effective time management and ability to prioritise multiple tasks.

Ability to work under pressure.
