Jobs of the week: Client Services Supervisor, Melbourne

Duties and responsibilities:-
Together with and through the Internal sales team execute Client engagement strategies to ensure that services are accessible, responsive and open to feedback and improvement.
Analysis of relevant information and evaluation of findings to identify emerging needs, service responses and opportunities for improved Client Services.
Effective implementation of the Strategic and Operating plans within the Client Services Group.
Core Competencies required:-
A positive hands on approach to negotiation and issue resolution.
Planning, monitoring and evaluating the Client Services Group
The ability to manage people and priorities to meet deadlines
A strong Communication interface with all areas of the Organization specifically, the External sales team, Administration and Production teams.
Experience
Knowledge and experience of delivering integrated, flexible and responsive Client Services
Commitment to the Organizations' ethos and values
Efficiency through process innovation of the Client Services Group
Successful leadership of the Client Services Group ( Leading the team from the front)
Attention to detail
Internal sales experience within the Printing Industry is essential for this role
Supervisory level experience is also preferred within the Internal Sales Arena
Education
Secondary and / or Tertiary
