Edwards Dunlop Paper is a division of CPI Group, a large, publicly listed independent paper merchant in Australasia. We are focused on the sale and promotion of a comprehensive range of Specialty, Self-Adhesive, Digital, Coated and Uncoated Paper and Board products.

We are seeking two Customer Service Officers to join our friendly, dedicated team in Murarrie.

Reporting to the Operations Manager you will liaise with Account Managers, clients and distributors, assist customers with product enquiries, prepare quotations, process orders and provide all round solutions.

You will be required to develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the Company’s full range of products.

Senior Position

To secure the senior role you will have:

  • strong customer service skills;

  • sound mathematic skills;

  • excellent organisational skills;

  • exceptional communication skills and a confident telephone manner;

  • accurate data entry & keyboard skills;

  • a 'can do attitude' and the ability to be innovative;

  • the ability to handle pressure; and

  • a willingness to work as part of a team

Junior Position
The ideal Junior applicant will:
