An opportunity exists for an experienced and energetic individual to join the Dalton Internal Sales Team based in Virginia, QLD. We are looking for a committed, customer orientated professional who will prosper in a team environment.
Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, the successful candidate, in the role of a Customer Service Representative, will be responsible for:

Successful development of customer relationships

The timely processing of customer orders and associated tasks

Negotiating with suppliers to meet customer needs
-
Monitoring and expediting deliveries
-
Driving the sale of aged stock and discontinued grades
In order to succeed in this role, the successful candidate will be required to deliver a high level of customer service articulated by an excellent telephone manner.
