Jobs of the week: Customer Services Representative (CSR), Perth

Our CSRs are responsible for providing the highest level of customer service whilst ensuring that our clients work is produced accurately, within budget and on schedule.

We can provide a career path in sales and we have positions available for both trainees and experienced sales people.

We can either train you or you can come on board with the following skills and pre-requisites:

Excellent communication skills

Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a pressured environment

Fluent in MS Word and Excel

A strong drive and ambition to succeed and develop a career at Zipform

A relevant TAFE Diploma in Business, Marketing or similar would be ideal for trainees

Several years experience dealing with clients in a busy sales environment and preferably some post school achievements for non trainees.
