    Salmat is Australasia's largest direct customer communications company with branches in all States of Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia. We seek a results orientated individual to manage the overall performance of our Sales Team which offer services covering all facets of digital print to a client base including National, Government, blue-chip and local businesses.



    As the Digital Sales Manager your primary responsibility will be to strategically develop the Salmat Sales/ Business Plans and to ensure their successful completion through your strong leadership, training and continual motivational capabilities.



    Your duties will include:



  • Plan, control and monitor sales budgets

  • Development and tracking of a Price Increase Strategy

  • Development and tracking of a Prospecting Strategy

  • Development of the strategic direction for New Business

  • Development of relationships within new industries and agencies

  • Implementation and targeting of a customer targeting strategy

  • Management and training of the Digital Sales team



    To be considered for this position you will have held a similar sales management role, ideally within the printing industry.



    You will be experienced in sales management with proven experience in managing end to end delivery of solutions. Your initiative, drive and leadership skills will be essential in this challenging and highly rewarding position.
