DIC Graphics Australia is a national leading supplier of digital printing hardware and supplies to the photographic, fine arts, print for pay and outdoor durable print industries throughout Australia. Large format, large volume screen printers as well as sign manufacturers comprise a significant proportion of our business. Our products within our digital division include wide format printers, CTS systems, software, a variety of printing media, digital consumables & technical services.

Our product range is the leading product on the market and we have built this position through quality product selection and customer focus. Our expectations are that the successful candidate will drive sales of our product range to uphold our No 1 market position and to dominate market share.


You will need to be very familiar with printing hardware, particularly UV flatbed digital printing equipment. Ideally you will know the market players and their product range and be able to hit the ground running. You will work closely with the other managers, our sales and technical support team and will have personal skills and experience to share.


Ideally you will have:
  • a tertiary qualification in sales, marketing or business management
  • a strong background and excellent track record in sales and/or sales management of digital printing equipment
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • advanced skills in reporting and presentation using Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • experience in use of CRM databases
  • superior relationship management skills
  • an ability to lead by example, coach, train and enthuse your staff
