We are looking for an Estimator with previous experience gained in the OFFSET SHEET printing industry.  You will be proficient in using the Quote and Print computerized estimating system and be responsible for estimating costs of printing, binding books, periodicals, pamphlets and other printed matter based on specifications outlined by quotes, customers and sales executives.


Duties will include:

  • Calculating time, unit and production costs, taking into consideration size and number of sheets or pages, paper stock requirements, number and units of colour/ink, binding procedures and quality of finished product

  • Estimate labour and associated material costs (i.e. plate making/binding)

  • Logistical costs relating to shipping or mailing the finished product

  • Liaising and questioning production and management personnel to verify costs and associated materials

  • Researching and determining the most cost effective and competitive prices

You will posses:

  • Min. 3 years experience in all aspects of estimating activities

  • Strong written & verbal communication skills

  • Can-do-attitude towards all tasks with a team player approach

  • Accuracy and high attention to detail
