BPA Print Group a dynamic award winning book & journal printer, is seeking an experienced Estimator/Planner to join our hard working team.



Using your industry knowledge and excellent communication skills you will be working closely with our Sales and Customer Service team to provide our customers with an exceptional service experience.



Functions performed include the provision of timely and accurate job quotes to existing and new business contracts, so attention to detail is highly sought after as well as computer literacy. Training on internal systems will be provided. The job may also grow to include production planning in our multi-skilled work environment.



The main responsibilities include:

  • maintain effective communication with customers in relation to estimate queries

  • liaise with sales team

  • liaise with planning department

  • maintain thorough understanding of BPA estimating system

  • source paper and negotiate prices with merchants

  • source materials/services and negotiate prices from outside suppliers

  • generate estimates

  • create job-bags

  • create impositions

  • paper stock ordering

  • indent stock control
