Jobs of the week: Factory Manager / Bindery

Twin Loop Binding is located 10 minutes walk from St Leonard’s train station (Sydney’s Lower North Shore). The business has been operating for more than 15 years and is continuously looking at ways to expand.  We offer a trade bindery service in wire, plastic comb and plastic spiral and a collating service.



This important role requires an organised person with a hands-on approach and a "what ever it takes" attitude to provide the best possible customer service. The successful applicant will need to demonstrate experience and have the necessary skills to clearly communicate instructions in working with and managing staff together with coordinating production and meeting customer deadlines.

The successful applicant must be familiar with and have the necessary technical knowledge on similar operating machines to our punching and closing machines.

This position is to take over some of the responsibilities currently performed by the owner and will come into effect from the 5th of February 2008. The salary package together with incentives and bonuses will be negotiated with the applicant.

Twin Loop Binding closes for two weeks over the December holidays and normal working hours are from 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday.
