We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced and self-motivated person with an electro-mechanical background to join our Graphic Systems Service Team. The role will involve supporting, maintaining, and installing the full range of our graphics imaging equipment, including Computer to Plate systems, Imagesetters, Digital Print devices, etc.



In order to be successful in the role, you will require:

  • Demonstrated experience in providing on-site technical graphics/printing imaging support

  • Proven Mechanical and Electrical skills

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability to work flexible hours, since some after-hours customer service is required

  • Strong customer support orientation

  • Ability to travel within Australia and overseas as required; and

  • The ability to learn new products and technology as they are released



    Additionally, electronic qualifications and familiarity with computer operating systems is desirable.
