Jobs of the week: Field Service Representative Electrical

Responsibilities include (but not limited to): Providing electrical support for new and second-hand press and post press equipment installations (including repairs), ensuring all procedures and work is carried out on PSA contracts, and identifying service gaps and sources of customer dissatisfaction and working with the team to identify, recommend and support solutions to rectify the problem.



The successful candidate will have previous experience in an electrical role using superior problem solving skills to perform fault finding and preventative maintenance work on capital equipment, preferably in the Graphic Arts Industry, however candidates will be considered who have worked on comparable equipment in a different industry. Ideally, you will have experience installing, programming and troubleshooting PLCs and have worked with Can Bus systems. In addition to having computer literacy and proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite of software programs, you will have experience constructing and troubleshooting Windows 2000 and NT 4.0 programs. An electronics Certificate or Diploma will be well regarded but is not essential. A current drivers’ licence is required.
