We are currently seeking applications from enthusiastic and highly motivated Electricians for the role of Field Service Representative – Electrical, based in Brisbane. As an integral member of the Customer Support Team, this position is responsible for providing a high level of internal and external electrical customer support for the installation and servicing of Heidelberg equipment.
The successful candidate will have prior experience in an electrical role, using their superior problem solving skills to perform fault finding and preventative maintenance work on capital equipment, preferably in the Graphic Arts Industry, however candidates who have worked on comparable equipment in a different industry, (such as refrigeration systems) will be considered.
Ideally, you will have sound experience in fault finding of Contactor, PLC and Logic Control Systems, along with experience in installing, programming and troubleshooting PLC’s. Using your excellent interpersonal and communication skills, you will establish and enhance strong relationships with our customer base, working to improve Heidelberg’s level of internal and external customer satisfaction. Computer literacy and proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite of software programs is essential, and experience with Windows platforms NT4.0, 2000 and XP an advantage. A current Queensland Electrical licence is required, along with a current drivers’ licence.
