Jobs of the week: Field Service Representative – Mechanical Post Press, Melbourne
We are currently seeking applications from energetic, dedicated and customer focussed individuals for the position of Field Service Representative – Mechanical Post Press, based in Melbourne.

As an integral member of the Customer Support Team – Southern Region, this position is responsible for the provision of a high level of internal and external customer service by performing effective installation and servicing of Heidelberg finishing equipment with a work place flexibility with overtime, and assisting others competently in areas outside their usual range of products.
The successful candidate will hold a mechanical diploma or certificate and will have demonstrated experience in a Mechanical role preferred, either in the Printing / Graphic Arts industry or a similar commercial environment with a strong focus on Customer Service.
You will have the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships, both internally and externally. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential for this role as are well developed verbal and written communication skills.
You will be highly organised, a thorough problem solver and have a strong commitment to and appreciation of delivering high quality internal and external customer service. A current drivers’ licence is required for this role.
This is a permanent, full time position, based in Melbourne. Some interstate and overseas travel may be necessary. Salary will be determined according to qualifications and experience of the successful candidate. Local employment conditions apply.
